Skydance TV DTC Chief JB Perrette Unveils Executive Team Structure

JB Perrette, the co-chair and chief business officer of Skydance TV and Skydance Direct-to-Consumer, has unveiled his new executive organizational structure. Variety TV and Deadline TV both report that Perrette also announced the departure of several executives from the combined company. [1][2][8]

According to Variety TV and Deadline TV, the executive team updates follow the official formation of Skydance this month. Variety TV reports that executives leaving the combined firm include Dan Barnes, Michael Bishara, Jamie Cooke, Domenic DiMeglio, Marco Nobili, Pank Patel, and Juan Sola. Deadline TV reports that there is also a pending opening for the leader of streaming platform Pluto TV. [1][2][5]

As FTMQ Entertainment reported earlier, Warner Bros. International TV Production moved under Skydance TV Studios as part of the broader restructuring. Warner Bros. Television Group chief Channing Dungey oversees the unit, which operates about 20 production companies worldwide. [7][14]

The operational shifts follow the acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by Paramount Skydance for 31 dollars per share, which valued the company at 110.9 billion dollars, creating the combined entity renamed Skydance. [11]
