Tetona Jackson replaces Tatyana Ali on The Young and the Restless

Tetona Jackson is joining the cast of the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless to play Roxanne Barrington, according to Just Jared, TV Insider, Soap Opera Digest, and Soaps.com. The character of Roxanne Barrington was previously played by Tatyana Ali. [1][3][5][6]

Just Jared and Soaps.com reported that Roxanne Barrington is the former girlfriend of the character Devon Winters, who is played by Bryton James. The character had previously left town. Just Jared noted that Tetona Jackson recently held recurring television roles on Chicago Med, Good Trouble, Home Economics, All Night, and Victorious. [1][6]

Tatyana Ali originally played the role of Roxanne Barrington from 2007 to 2013, appearing across 53 episodes, according to Just Jared. Ali is an American actress and singer who first gained prominence for her performance as Ashley Banks on the NBC sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air from 1990 to 1996. [1][9]
