Fox Legal Chief Adam Ciongoli Steps Down as Nicholas Trutanich Named Successor

Fox Corporation announced that its chief legal and policy officer, Adam Ciongoli, is stepping down after choosing not to renew his contract. The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, and Deadline all reported that Ciongoli will depart his primary post on December 1, 2026. Upon stepping down, Ciongoli will continue to serve Fox Corporation as a special advisor. Variety and Deadline reported that his advisory role will extend through June 2028.
